Barbara Hedden medx@ctnet.net I can't get a handle on this side of our family. My grandson is real insterested in his heritage and we are trying to find relatives. His mother was Anna Josephine Morgan and father was Samuel Newton. In some of my mother-in-laws papers I also found the following information about 4 Hedden brothers and 1 sister. Geroge, David, W.C.,John and Fannie (m.Anderson). George married Katherine Matthews b.10-29-1840, d.11-8-1921 - at one time lived in Brekenridge, Ky. Children of George were: John Douglas b.1--14-1861, Samuel Newton a twin, b.1-10-1863 d. 10-25-1939 in Fordsville, Ky m. Anna Josephine Morgan, children: Ralph, Gordon and Dayne. William H. The above is my husband's family - his grandfather was Samuel Newton Hedden. No information regarding David or W.C.'s families. John's children were Trisler, Stanley Kate (m.Loyd), and Abbie. Fannie married an Anderson, her children were Newton and Minnie Anderson Hook. Some lines of this family can be traced back to Peter Whittingham of Holland. I have the Bunting Family Tree back to England in 1741. Would like to do the same with the Hedden's
